Today the need to overcome stereotypes in STEM (Science Technology Engineering Mathematics) is underlined and the gender gap (gap between male and female) is analysed.
Oh yes… it’s 2023 but it’s still necessary to talk about topics that should only be overcome if people are identified as INDIVIDUALS!

According to the latest UNESCO report, only 33% of researchers are women, despite the fact that they represent 55% of Master’s students among 45% of graduates.
A gender bias that produces devastating results for women, because not participating in the technical-scientific path means not having the essential skills to face global challenges and being cut off from highly specialized and therefore higher paid professions. Even not participating in codifying artificial intelligence algorithms, UNESCO always writes, represents a real danger, because it means that AI will amplify gender stereotypes, rather than fight them, if women are not there.
